Before you start

Be clear on which customer behaviour or data point you want to filter on. Audiences are evaluated each night using the previous day's data.

Create a custom audience

  1. Open Marketing > Audiences and click New audience.
  2. Give it a name that identifies it at a glance (for example, "Medium-sized last month +€50").
  3. Add rules: pick a field (service, spend, tag, last-appointment date, etc.), an operator and a value. Rules combine with AND by default.
  4. Switch to OR inside a group to widen the audience, or create multiple groups to combine them.
  5. Click Save. The audience is computed overnight and appears with its current size.

Good to know

  • Live preview: as you add rules, the count of matching customers updates at the top. Use it to fine-tune before saving.
  • Audiences can't be edited after creation. If you need changes, create a new one and swap it into your campaigns.
  • An audience with 0 members isn't an error — it just means nobody matches your rules today. Review the criteria if that wasn't your intent.
