Review how a campaign performed

After a campaign sends, review the results from Marketing > Campaigns to see what worked and what to tune next time.

After a campaign sends, review the results from Marketing > Campaigns to see what worked and what to tune next time.

Metrics you'll see

  • Sent: total messages that went out.
  • Delivered: those that reached the customer's device (no bounces).
  • Opened: messages the customer opened. Only applies to email and to messages with a trackable link.
  • Clicked: number of times a link inside the message was tapped.
  • Conversions: appointments attributed to that campaign.

Review a sent campaign

  1. Open Marketing > Campaigns and pick the campaign to review.
  2. The summary at the top shows the final status, send date and target audience.
  3. Scroll to Metrics for sent / delivered / opened / clicked, with percentages of the total.
  4. If the campaign had a measurable goal (for example, "reactivate 20 customers"), check the Conversions card to see how many appointments were attributed to this campaign.
  5. Export the details to CSV if you want to work with the data in a spreadsheet.

Good to know

  • Metrics update for 7 days after send, when nearly the whole audience has seen or interacted with the message.
  • A low open rate doesn't always mean a bad message — many customers read SMS directly without opening them. Compare to your previous campaigns, not to an absolute number.
  • Conversions are attributed for 14 days after the send. After that, an appointment no longer counts toward this campaign.
