Every setting lives under Settings in the sidebar, organized into groups. Only managers can change them.
The settings groups
- Business: your locations, with address and opening hours.
- Scheduling: your calendar rules and what customers can manage themselves.
- Online booking: your booking page (name, logo, photos and text).
- Communication: your automated messages and the channels they go out on.
- Billing: Stripe payments and your subscription.
- Preferences: language, currency, timezone and weight unit.
Language, currency and timezone
Under Settings → Preferences you choose the language (it applies to the web and to messages to your customers), the currency prices show in, and the timezone for your appointments. Save each section with its button.
Weight unit and sizes
The weight unit (kg or lb) is used wherever you enter a pet's weight, and it sets the size tiers that sort pets from XS to XL for pricing. Change it under Preferences.
Good to know
- Changing the currency or weight unit doesn't convert your values — it only changes the label. Review your prices and weights after changing them.
- Your business name and logo are edited under Online booking, not Preferences.
Marketing
Under Settings → Marketing you set the global marketing preferences: default consent when creating a customer, the frequency cap on marketing messages per customer per week, and the preferred channel when several are available.
These values apply to every campaign unless a specific campaign overrides them.
