Mimos works in any browser, but most groomers end up running the day from the phone app. It opens faster than a browser tab, and it can alert you the moment a booking comes in.
Get the app
- iPhone and iPad — download it from the App Store.
- Android — get it on Google Play.
If a link doesn't open the store, search for Mimos Business.
Sign in
Use the same email and password you use on the web. There's nothing to move across — your agenda, clients and services are already there, and anything you change on the phone shows up on the web straight away.
If you haven't been invited yet, ask the salon owner to add you to the team first.
Turn on notifications
Say yes when the app asks. That's how you hear about a new online booking, a cancellation or a change request without having to keep checking the bell.
You can change this later in your phone's settings, under Mimos.
Good to know
- Everyone on the team installs the app the same way and signs in with their own account.
- Notifications are per person, so dismissing one clears it for you and not for the rest of the team.
- The web version keeps working exactly as before. Longer jobs, like setting up your services or building a campaign, are usually easier on a bigger screen.
